All parcels will be shipped tracked, to require a signature upon delivery. I will include the cost of tariffs from leaving the country, but there may be additional customs charges that you will need to pay upon delivery that I cannot control. For example, since Brexit, all packages are charged an extra tax going in and out of the UK to Europe that has to be paid upon delivery, the sender is unable to cover these. 

Paintings that are NOT commissions may be returned within 14 days of delivery after contacting me explaining the reasons, the cost of return shall be covered by the customer. I will need photos of the package before you ship it for insurance reasons in case of damages incurred during postage. When the painting has been returned, I will issue the refund.

Commissions cannot be returned except in exceptional cases of damages. I will always send photos of the finished piece before sending, so I do not accept returns or issue refunds based on any dissatisfaction with the piece itself.
